Wakely is a smart alarm app. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, what stays on your device, and how your information is handled.

Ads are shown to non-premium users via Google AdMob. On first launch, you will be shown a consent dialog (Google UMP) to choose between personalised and non-personalised ads. You can change your preference at any time in Settings. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.

Local alarm data stays on your device and is removed on uninstall. Firebase analytics and crash data follow Google's retention policies. No personal data is stored on our servers.

You may request access to or deletion of data held by third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) directly through Google's privacy tools, or contact us and we will assist.

10. Security

All data transmitted to Firebase and AdMob is encrypted via TLS. Local alarm data is sandboxed within the app's private storage.

11. Children's Privacy

Wakely is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will assist with data removal.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
