These terms apply to all apps published by Madzilla Apps, including Phew Cleaner, Wakely, Mythic Mahjong, Ritual Atlas, and Qin. By installing or using any of our apps you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

Qin and any other apps that display health-related information are intended for personal tracking and informational purposes only. Nothing in our apps constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions or health concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from our apps.
Some apps offer premium features via one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions, processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through your Google Play account. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
Free versions of some apps may include advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are not shown in premium or ad-free versions. Ad personalisation is subject to your consent as requested on first launch.
Your privacy matters to us. Each app has its own privacy policy describing what data is collected and how it is used. Please review the relevant policy for the app you are using. All privacy policies are available at madzillaapps.com/privacy.
Any text, notes, or data you enter into our apps (such as health log notes in Qin) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or process the content of your personal notes or logs.
All content within our apps — including icons, graphics, text, and code — is the property of Madzilla Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our apps without explicit written permission.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from use of our apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madzilla Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Madzilla Apps operates.
